Enrichment lets you fill contact fields from a contact, from the contacts list, from a contact pipeline list, and from unlocked rows in Sourcing. Empty fields apply a match on their own. A field that already has a value keeps what you entered and shows the new suggestions. Labels and pipeline membership for those rows sit on the same results table.
How values are applied
Enrichment fills Email, Phone, Title, LinkedIn, Location, and Photo. An empty field takes the highest-confidence match, and a verified value wins when confidence is tied. Extra emails land on Other emails, and phones fill Work, then Mobile. Company never applies on its own.
A field that already has a value keeps it and lists the new suggestions with Apply and Dismiss. On a results row, the chosen email or phone appears in the cell, and further matches show as a + count that opens Emails or Phone numbers. While a cell is running it reads Enriching. A failed apply can be retried from that count.
Enriching one contact
The contact header can enrich the whole profile in one action.
- Open the menu — On the contact, click Contact options.
- Enrich the profile — Click Enrich full profile.
Enriching a list
The contacts list and a contact pipeline list use the same actions on the rows you select.
- Enrich the selection — Select contacts, click Enrich contacts, then choose Full profile or one field, with address shown as Location.
- Enrich one column — With rows selected, click the enrich control on the Address, Email, or Phone header.
- Apply a suggestion — Hover the cell, then click Apply.
- Clear a suggestion — Click Dismiss on that suggestion.
Each menu option shows the credit cost for the selection. While a run is in progress, the control reads Contact enrichment is in progress.
Labels and pipelines on results
After you unlock a contact, the results table adds Labels, Deals, Pipelines, and, when shown, Campaigns, in that order. Those columns keep labels and pipeline membership on the same row as the contact.
An empty labels cell reads Select labels, and Add labels on the selection applies them to the unlocked contacts you are acting on. An empty pipelines cell reads Select pipelines. Adding a contact to a pipeline from this table is covered in adding contacts to a pipeline.
