Avi Zukerman

Avi Zukerman is a Capital Markets Director at Lev. His responsibilities include business development, placement and execution of real estate capital on behalf of major owners, investors and developers nationwide.

Avi draws upon his prior contacts and experience from over 10 years in successive managing director roles for two high profile New York single family offices- ASG Equities and The Zar Group. At those firms he oversaw the real estate deal pipeline while managing existing ventures with JV partners and negotiating and executing acquisitions and financing transactions.

He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate structured finance, capital advisory, and portfolio management as well as acquisition and asset management of commercial real estate projects for owners and developers.

He is a graduate of the University of Berkeley and California State University, Northridge and completed the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation.
