Mr. Wilmot has extensive experience in all aspects of obtaining debt and equity financing for commercial real estate developers and owners across the United States.
Prior to joining Lev, Mr. Wilmot was an Associate Director at Marcus & Millichap, securing financing primarily for New York City multifamily and mixed-use properties. Gunnar was also an early team member and sole producer at StackSource where he helped start and grow their origination business while focusing primarily on NNN retail assets. “I’m excited to be joining Lev. I’ve seen a lot of companies trying to use technology for this industry, and Lev is by far leading the way in terms of innovation. I am looking forward to utilizing their technology to further serve more clients across a wider variety of asset classes and loan products,” said Mr. Wilmot.
